The only legal, compliant way to share information from one casino surveillance room to another.
An encrypted, peer-to-peer network for authorized surveillance, security and gaming law enforcement professionals. Properties write and publish their own alerts to the subscribers they choose, and accepted alerts become CID records.
Most people shared on SSIN have no criminal record at all. They are the guests who compromise the integrity of the game, put other patrons at risk or disrupt the resort, and who move on to the next property when one turns them away. SSIN means the next property sees them coming. Why casinos share.

Questions surveillance directors ask first.
Does VisualCasino record or store our video?
No. Your video never leaves your system. VisualCasino works only from still images your operators capture and choose to compare with Image Comparison. More in our privacy commitments.
Can we share surveillance information with another casino?
Yes, through SSIN. It is the only legal, compliant way to share information from one casino surveillance room to another. Emailing stills and names between properties, or posting them to shared sites, does not give you that protection.
Who do casinos share on the network?
Mostly people who are not criminals. They cheat or collude, run schemes on other players, threaten guests and staff, or repeatedly disrupt the resort. No police database will flag them, so the only early warning is another property that has already dealt with them. Each property decides who it reports. More on why casinos share.
Can other casinos or our regulator see our X-LST?
No. Your X-LST is private to your organization. Only alerts you choose to publish on SSIN reach the network and participating commissions.
Who decides what goes into CID?
Our Nevada-licensed private investigator, and no one else. Most of CID is either validated by our Nevada-licensed private investigator, or it comes from casinos with a process she respects.
How does a wrong record get fixed?
Law enforcement data is corrected by the agency that created it and flows through on its next update. CID records are corrected through our licensed investigator.
Does it work on tribal properties?
Yes. Each tribal gaming authority is its own regulator, and VisualCasino is set up nation by nation to respect that. It also supports the MMIP Fusion Center.
